Equipping a club: our method

Dressing a club, school or sports team is much more than a simple textile order. It's creating a visual identity that will be worn proudly, during matches as well as training, during victories as well as defeats. That's why at Korvess, we have developed a rigorous, transparent and deeply human method.

Here, step by step, is how a Korvess project unfolds, from first contact to delivery of the final outfits.

Step 1 — The first exchange

It all starts with a conversation. You contact us via the form, by phone or by email. During this first exchange (phone, video call or in person in Abidjan), we take the time to listen. What sport? What level? How many players? What colours? What budget? What deadlines?

This discussion is not a sales interrogation. It's a meeting. We want to understand your project, your story, your ambition. Everything that follows will be built on this foundation.

Step 2 — The detailed brief

Within 5 business days, we formalise your need in a clear document: types of pieces desired (jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, accessories), precise quantities, technical constraints, visual references, budget framework, desired schedule. This brief is validated by you before any next steps.

Good to know: a detailed quote is always sent with this brief. No surprises, no grey areas.

Step 3 — The design conception

This is where the magic happens. Our creative team designs your visual mockups: colour choices, logo integration, number design, name typography, any motifs or patterns. We work through revisions: you propose, we adapt, until your final validation.

We always present realistic 3D visuals: you see exactly what your pieces will look like before they are produced. No bad surprises. No doubt.

Step 4 — Validation and deposit

When you are satisfied with the design, you validate in writing. A 50% deposit on the quote is paid to launch production. From this moment, you receive a precise schedule with key milestones and the estimated delivery date.

Step 5 — Production

Manufacturing begins. Depending on complexity and quantity, this phase lasts 3 to 5 weeks. We perform quality checks at each key stage: fabric reception, printing, sewing, finishing. You are kept informed of progress at regular intervals.

For large projects, we can also send you a physical prototype before full production. It's an investment, but it's the absolute guarantee of a result that meets your expectations.

Step 6 — Delivery

Your outfits arrive. Carefully packaged, organised by size or by player, ready to be distributed. The balance of the order is paid upon receipt. And off you go: your team now has the visual identity it deserved.

Our commitment after delivery: in case of a manufacturing defect, we proceed with immediate replacement or refund. No negotiation.
